Prefer a Ladies class or a mixed group? We have both! Learn powerful punches, hooks and kicking combos in this fun and interactive class. Kickboxing has been shown to be especially good for burning calories and increasing cardiovascular fitness.

Adults Kickboxing

Our Adult are suited for all ages and levels, ideal to get active, release some stress or simply to get in shape. Our Ladies class will be more Cardio Kickboxing based, while our Adult Mixed class focuses more on general boxing and jiu jitsu - proper falling and escapes from being pinned, self-defense from strikes, and submissions.
