We have set up a fun training program that incorporates active zoom sessions, online workout videos, individual coaching hours and step-by-step instruction videos of all the technical moves. With extras as weekly challenges and fun offline assignments, this program has all the tools for your kids to get started at home.
We meet twice a week on Zoom for a 60-min training session and we have one additional meeting for general questions and support. Each week, we upload online work-out videos, to follow at your own pace at your own time. You can do them at home without any tools or equipment. The active sessions are complemented by homework assignments, fun offline assignments, weekly challenges and jazzy workout music.
