We have set up a fun training program that incorporates active zoom sessions, online workout videos, individual coaching hours and step-by-step instruction videos of all the technical moves. With extras as weekly challenges and fun offline assignments, this program has all the tools for your kids to get started at home. 

ONLINE WORKOUTS

We meet twice a week on Zoom for a 60-min training session and we have one additional meeting for general questions and support. Each week, we upload online work-out videos, to follow at your own pace at your own time. You can do them at home without any tools or equipment. The active sessions are complemented by homework assignments, fun offline assignments, weekly challenges and jazzy workout music.

ONLINE SUPPORT AND PERSONAL COACHING

To make sure you get the most out of your membership, we will take 2 hours time for you individually to discuss your personal goals, challenges and progress. If you need any help outside those hours, the coaches are on standby daily between 1pm - 4pm. With Feedback videos, coaches will offer thorough feedback on your progress - with  detailed slow motion frames. There is a weekly zoom-session to chat about the homework and challenges. Plus we added some extra educational tools, supporting videos and jazzing workout music. With the tools provided, students of each level can easily follow the course at home. VIP-students get 2 additional hours of personal training in their membership.
