Every week, we will upload a 40-minute, high-intensity workout video that you can do without any tools or equipment. The routine incorporates elements from Kickboxing, Taekwondo, plus all of our favorite cardio moves, for a fun, effective training. After an energetic warmup with Olivia, Robert leads you through four technical, strength and cardio exercises with quick 5-second breaks. Between his fun-enthusiastic directions and great music, you won’t even notice how hard you’re working.
