Kids 6-7
For our youngest students, the focus will be on fun, confidence and overall physical development, with fun martial arts activities and team challenges.
In this class, your kids get a taste of everything. Students will learn powerful boxing combos, valuable self-protection techniques and modern Taekwondo kicks.
Youth 8-11
An empowering all-round workout, where teens will focus on boxing, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense.
Teens 12-17
Adults & Ladies
This class is suited for all levels, ideal to get active, release some stress or simply to get in shape.
