POLICY
Medical Disclaimer
By registering to Royal Martial Arts, you consent to the participation of you or your child (ren) in Royal Martial Arts classes. You certify that each attendee is in good health and able to participate in all activities of Royal Martial Arts and the use of all our sports equipment, unless and until you provide us with information in writing about relevant conditions or medications taken and the extent to which such physical condition(s) and/or medications may limit you or your child(ren)s ability to participate in any activities.
Safety and Privacy
You acknowledge and agree that when you or your child (ren) participate in any exercise or training program, there is the possibility of physical injury. You agree to do so at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages affecting you or your child during the Royal Martial Arts classes. You completely discharge Royal Martial Arts and its coaches from any liability or claim that you, or your children may have against the company with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Royal Martial Arts. You agree that I will not hold the coaches of Royal Martial Arts or the site liable for any losses, liabilities and damages, injury or death suffered or incurred by you or your child whilst taking part in any of the activities run by Royal Martial Arts.
Missed classes
If you or your child miss any class during the term, Royal Martial arts does not deduct it from ongoing nor upcoming term payment. You or your child may join other ongoing classes during the same term on different days, as we don’t want you to lose classes which you paid for (in such a case please contact us).
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your spot on the class, we respectfully request at least 7 days notice before the start of the term. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the term start will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 6 or less days before the term start will receive a 50% refund. These rules apply to a situation where Royal Martial Arts operates classes on a normal basis and cancellations are made by the customer.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable unless it is due to extenuating circumstances that is medically related. Each case will be assessed on its merit with the provision of the necessary documentation. An administration fee of QAR 250 may be applicable. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of approval. Royal Martial Arts management reserves the right to decides whether the refund will be provided or not.
Royal Martial Arts reserves the right in circumstances beyond Royal Martial Arts' reasonable control (whether for safety reasons, legal reasons, government restrictions, coronavirus lockdowns or other coronavirus related reasons) to delay, modify or cancel classes, if it believes the conditions or unsafe or otherwise unsuitable for classes to continue - or if so determined by the authorities of the State of Qatar. In the event of such cancellation, there will be no refund for your payment, but online alternatives will be provided. By registering to Royal Martial Arts classes, you agree to release Royal Martial Arts of all claims for costs, expenses or compensation in the event of any such cancellation, change or modification.
