Our personal training sessions are tailored based on your fitness level, lifestyle and body, so you can achieve your exercise goals with an expert by your side to motivate you along the way. Coach Nadine is certified and equipped with the best tools and knowledge to help you get accelerated results. She is an ACE® certified Personal Trainer and a NASM® Corrective Exercise Specialist and excels at applying this knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We understand that different training methods suit different people so no matter what your level of fitness or experience, coach Nadine can tailor a program, show you best training practices and how to use gym equipment, inspiring and motivating you along the way.

Coach Nadine is a highly motivated trainer constantly striving to make you a better version of yourself. She is a trained fitness professional, an ACE® certified Personal Trainer and a NASM® Corrective Exercise Specialist. She specializes in all areas of fitness including weight loss, core and strength training and Corrective Exercise. She will work closely with you from the first consultation, all the way through to achieving your goals.
