MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Our Adult Martial Arts class fuses Kickboxing, self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and cardio in one all-round program. This class is suited for all levels, ideal to get active, release some stress or simply to get in shape.
You will learn various techniques from Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu such as punches, kicks, elbows and grappling. Our experienced instructor will guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring that you develop the necessary skills to defend yourself effectively.
We will also teach you footwork, proper falling and escapes from being pinned, self-defense from strikes, and submissions.
Our Adult martial arts program is designed for all ages, ability, flexibility, and fitness levels. We have tailored our curriculum to meet every age and fitness level.Training sessions mix things up regularly so that everyone is kept ‘on their toes’ whilst still developing basic and or advanced punching and kicking skills.
Our Kids Martial Arts program is run by Robert Koning from the Netherlands. Robert brings extensive experience and knowledge of various martial arts styles such as Taekwondo ITF, Ashihara, TBN, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate and Kickboxing.
Robert strives to provide a fun, encouraging and motivating environment for every student, no matter their age or skill level. His fun and engaging methods help instill confidence in his students while ensuring they are progressing their techniques and achieving their goals.
