For kids, we only offer term memberships so they can progress with their group. For adults, flexible options such as shorter memberships or drop-ins are available.

Yes, we offer trial classes. This is a great way to see if our programs are the right fit before committing to a term. Once you decide to register, that first class will count as your joining date.

Just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and a positive attitude! All necessary equipment is provided at the studio for beginners.

No problem! We run classes six days a week for each age group, so your child can always catch up on another day.

Our programs start at age 6. This ensures kids can follow instructions and train safely alongside others. Younger children may find it hard to stay focused when older students are practicing kicks, so age 6 is the right time to start.
