Martial Arts - ages 12+
Teen martial arts classes focus on building skill, confidence, and personal safety through structured training. Participants practice taekwondo kicks, kickboxing drills, footwork, while also learning streetwise awareness skills to help them feel safer in everyday life.
The program balances serious skill development with an enjoyable and motivating atmosphere, supported by music and positive coaching. Teens gain improved fitness, coordination, and resilience while also developing respect, discipline, and awareness.
